Elly, built by Recruit Tech Labs, has launched an AI-native hiring platform and raised $8 million led by Sorenson Capital. Rather than bolting AI features onto an existing applicant-tracking system, Elly is positioned as a ground-up rebuild — unifying sourcing, interviewing, and ATS functionality in a single system designed around AI from the start rather than retrofitted onto legacy workflow software.

The company added an AI Sourcer capability in June 2026, extending the platform further upstream into candidate discovery rather than stopping at the interview and evaluation stage. That full-funnel ambition — source, interview, and track in one AI-native system — is a meaningfully different bet than point-solution interview tools: it's competing for the entire hiring workflow budget rather than a slice of it.
